Our exchange policy lasts 7 calendar days from the date that you receive your items. If 7 days have passed since, we can’t offer you an exchange. Items can only be exchanged if there are any manufacturing defects.
We cannot accept exchanges for wrong purchases or change of mind.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be sent back to us (at your cost) unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some non-exchangeable items are:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sales Products
- Products that are damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error
To process your exchange, we require your original receipt and proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges are made at our own discretion. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the customer fails to follow the proper return procedures, the item remains in the customer’s possession, customer refuses to pay shipping costs, or the item is past our exchange policy validity.
We reserve the right to inspect all claimed defective returns. In the event the product is determined to be non-factory defective a credit will be issued for the amount of the merchandise only, not to include any additional shipping cost incurred.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and we will update you on the estimated arrival of your new item.
Late Or Missing Exchanges
If you have not heard from us within 7 working days of sending out your item(s), please contact us at email@example.com.
Sales items are strictly not exchangeable. Please review your items before checking out.
Do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first and we will inform you on how to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for any lost parcels and will not provide any exchanges or reimbursements if we do not receive your item(s).
